Holiday Gift Exchange/Return Policy

Thank you for your support throughout 2023.

For the 2023-24 Holiday season, we’re happy to offer our Holiday Gift Exchange/Return Policy. 

Gifts purchased at our stores between December 1st - December 24th, 2023 are eligible for a Credit or Exchange until January 15th, 2024 with certain limitations.

Gifts purchased online between December 1st - December 24th, 2023 are eligible for a Credit, Exchange or Return until January 15th, 2024 with certain limitations.

All discounted items are Final Sale and are not included in our Holiday Gift Exchange/Return Policy. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, below, for further information. 

All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs. 

In order to maintain our competitive prices, we can not absorb import/export duties and fees incurred on international transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have about sizing, fit, etc.... to avoid these potential charges.

We do not offer price matching on reduced items. 

We will not accept any returns or exchanges without prior approval. Please contact us at info@shopopencourt.com before initiating any exchanges/returns. Due to higher than normal order volumes during the Holiday season, there might be a delay in processing your requests.   We thank you for your patience during this busy time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want to take all the fear out of online shopping!

To make sure that your online shopping experience with Open Court is convenient and enjoyable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund. 

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.   Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. 

All Regular Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Return and Exchange Restrictions

Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

All DISCOUNTED sales are FINAL!

Return/exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, and can not be washed, worn or altered.  The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments (including tennis dress shorties) 
  • Worn, altered or damaged items
  • Custom orders
  • Technology (GPS,Rangefinders), if used or registered with manufacturer.
