To preserve the appearance of your footwear, we recommend that you treat it with a protectant based on the material. Protecting footwear every 8-10 wears is recommended, first cleaning the footwear, if needed, using a dry, cotton cloth to wipe away dirt or dust.
Keep leather footwear away from direct heat to prevent the leather from drying out. If your shoes become wet, please allow them to dry naturally.
We recommend that you test any product by applying a small amount to a discreet area and allowing it to dry. Do not use cleaners which contain acid or detergents, as they may damage and prematurely age the leather.
Shipping within Canada:
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. To determine shipping cost on other orders, please add item(s) to your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to entering the payment information on the payment page. Free shipping does not apply on discounted orders.
Shipping to USA:
Orders shipped to the USA are subject to a flat rate of $25.
Bulk Orders:
Large orders that weigh more than 6 lbs may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.
Shipping Outside North America:
To inquire about international shipments outside or North America, please contact us at info@shopopencourt.com. Open Court will not be responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed at the destination country.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.
