SUSTAINABILITY
Pik'le'Ball Tote Bags are partially made from recycled ocean-rescued plastic, and no harmful inks or bleaches are used in their printing. Pik'le'Ball cares about our planet just as much as our sport, so they decided to make eco-conscious products.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
The first designs for our bags were carefully crafted with women pickleball players in mind. The size is "just right", it is not overly bulky and yet still large enough to fit all your gear. It can fit up to three paddles in the designated outside front pocket, and there is room for many more inside the bag. We also added ventilation holes to make sure that your bag, and your belongings, stay nice and cool.
CONVENIENCE
In addition to the paddle case, the outside of the bag also has a mesh, water bottle holder that can comfortably store large, reusable bottles. The adjustable top straps can be held in your hand, slung over your shoulder, or easily fastened together and hung from a fence hook. The inside of the bag includes a phone pocket, a pocket for your balls, and another compartment for your personal belongings.
PROTECTION
The racket case on the front of the bag is lined with a protective material to ensure your paddles don’t get scratched or damaged. The pockets and dividers inside the bag keep personal items neat, organized and protected. The bottom of the bag has rubber feet to protect it from getting stained or damaged when placed on the ground.
Shipping within Canada:
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. Free shipping does not apply on discounted items.
To determine shipping cost on other orders, please add item(s) to your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of Checkout, just prior to entering the payment information.
Shipping to USA:
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, the de minimus exemption for certain goods shipped from Canada to the United States has been eliminated by the U.S. government.
To make things easier for our U.S. customers, we’ve simplified the process:
- Instead of unexpected charges at delivery, we will cover all duties, taxes, and import fees on your behalf.
- A flat fee of $25 USD will be applied at checkout to cover these costs.
- This means your order will arrive with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.
We hope this is only a temporary situation, and we’ll update our policies if trade rules change again. In the meantime, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible.

Bulk Orders:
Large orders that weigh more than 6 lbs may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues or delays with the shipment of your order.

Gifts purchased at our stores between December 1st - December 25th, 2025 are eligible for a Credit or Exchange until January 12th, 2026 with certain limitations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want to take all the fear out of online shopping!
To make sure that your online shopping experience with Open Court is convenient and enjoyable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.
All Regular Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
Return and Exchange Restrictions
Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
