This ladies' golf jacket is therefore an excellent choice for games on those days when the weather is likely to be less clement and more unpleasant. The multilayer blend of durable synthetic fibres will keep you warm and repel water reliably. It will not interfere with your game, however, as the special two-way stretch fabric ensures flexible freedom of movement from powerful tee shots right through to concentrated putting. The two-way zip fastener allows you wear the jacket open or closed. Two closable pockets offer sufficient room to accommodate everything you need on the course. Cut in a loose comfortable fit, the jacket can be combined with a shirt and sweater as part of a practical layering outfit, whereby the special princess seams keep the jacket in good shape. Contrasting decorative stitching add visual structure to the look while an embroidered chest logo on the left-hand side rounds off the design.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. Free shipping does not apply on discounted items.

Shipping to USA:
Due to the recent elimination of the de minimus exemption by the current US government, certain goods shipped from Canada to the United States will be subject to duties and/or tariffs. Instead of unexpected charges at delivery, a flat fee of $20 USD will be applied at checkout to cover all duties, taxes, and import fees. This means your order will arrive with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.
We hope this is only a temporary situation, and we’ll update our policies if trade rules change again. In the meantime, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible.
Shipping Outside North America:
To inquire about international shipments outside of North America, please contact us at info@shopopencourt.com. Open Court will not be responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed at the destination country.

In order to maintain our competitive prices, we cannot absorb import/export duties and fees incurred on international transactions. All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs.

Bulk Orders:
Large orders that weigh more than 6 lbs may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.
Golf bags will be subject to a flat rate shipping rate of $50.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues or delays with the shipment of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Open Court purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of your order date.
How to start a return or exchange
Start your return or exchange through our returns portal: Start a return
Look up your order, choose the item(s), tell us why you're sending them back, and pick an exchange, store credit, or a refund. The portal will give you a return shipping label.
Return shipping

Orders with Checkout+: Return shipping is free. We'll give you a prepaid return label at no cost.

Orders without Checkout+: You pay for return shipping. The cost of your return label is taken off your refund or store credit.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange for a different size, colour, or item right in the portal. If the item you want is popular or low in stock, we suggest placing a new order for it now so it doesn't sell out while your return is processed.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Store credit is also available. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. We'll email you a confirmation when it's done.
Orders purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, choose that reason in the portal and upload a photo. Our team will review it and follow up.
Package protection
Checkout+ also covers your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If that happens, contact us through the returns portal or at info@shopopencourt.com and we'll make it right.
Final sale and non-returnable items
All discounted items and special orders are final sale.
Items must be new and unworn, with original tags attached, and not washed or altered. The following can't be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards (they can't be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash)

Worn, altered, or customer-damaged items

Custom orders

Technology (GPS units, rangefinders) that has been used or registered with the manufacturer
