RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want to take all the fear out of online shopping!
To make sure that your online shopping experience with Open Court is convenient and enjoyable, we will take care of your returns and exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All you have to do is send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of your order date, let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund, and we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from you.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.
Sale-Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. All sales outside of Canada are final.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
Return/exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, and can not be washed, worn or altered. The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments (including tennis dress shorties)
- Worn, altered or damaged items
- Custom orders
- Technology (GPS,Rangefinders), if used or registered with manufacturer.
