To make sure that your online shopping experience with us is convenient and enjoyable, if you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchases, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
To make exchanges and returns more convenient for you, we would be happy to provide you with a return shipping label and arrange a pick up from any location within Canada for a fee of $20.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.
