RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase from Open Court exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, within 30 days of the order date, and let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund. Once the RA number is issued, you must ship the item within 7 days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges without the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Sale-Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. All sales outside of Canada are final.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. The following items may not be exchanged or returned:
- Undergarments (including tennis dress shorties)
- Worn, altered or damaged items
- Custom orders
- Technology (GPS,Rangefinders), if used or registered with manufacturer.
