Shipping within Canada

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. To determine shipping cost on other orders, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The final shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to entering the payment information on the payment page.

International Shipping

• Orders weighing less than 4 lbs  - $50 Ground shipping. 
• Orders weighing between 4 to 6 lbs  - $60 Ground shipping. 
• Orders weighing more than 6 to 10 lbs  - $70 Ground shipping. 

Open Court is not responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed at the destination country.

All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs. 

In order to maintain our competitive prices, we can not absorb import/export duties and fees incurred on international transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have about sizing, fit, or anything else  to avoid these potential charges.

Bulk Orders

Orders that weigh more than 10 lbs may require additional shipping fees.  We will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.  We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues or delays with the shipment of your order.

To make sure that your online shopping experience with Open Court is convenient and enjoyable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund. 

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.   Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. 

All Regular Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Return and Exchange Restrictions

Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Return/exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, and can not be washed, worn or altered.  The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments (including tennis dress shorties) 
• Worn, altered or damaged items
• Custom orders
• Technology (GPS,Rangefinders), if used or registered with manufacturer.
