To make sure that your online shopping experience with us is convenient and enjoyable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges/Returns within Canada:
To make exchanges and returns more convenient for you, we would be happy to provide you with a return shipping label and arrange a pick up from any location within Canada for a fee of $20. Please email us for exchanges and returns from outside Canada.
Exchanges/Returns from United States:
All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs.
In order to maintain our competitive prices, we can not absorb import/export duties and fees incurred on international transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have about sizing, fit, etc.... to avoid these potential charges.
Should you need to return your purchase, we would be pleased to provide you with a return shipping label and arrange a pick up from any location within the United States for a fee of $25 USD.

Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Return/exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, and can not be washed, worn or altered. The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments (including tennis dress shorties)
- Worn, altered or damaged items
- Custom orders
- Technology (GPS, Rangefinders) if used or registered with manufacturer.
