Shipping within Canada:
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. To determine shipping cost on other orders, please add item(s) to your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to entering the payment information on the payment page. Free shipping does not apply on discounted orders.
Shipping to USA:
Orders shipped to the USA are subject to a flat rate of $25.
Bulk Orders:
Large orders that weigh more than 6 lbs may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.
Shipping Outside North America:
To inquire about international shipments outside or North America, please contact us at info@shopopencourt.com. Open Court will not be responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed at the destination country.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues or delays with the shipment of your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.

To make exchanges and returns more convenient for you, we would be happy to provide you with a return shipping label and arrange a pick up from any location within Canada for a fee of $20. Please email us for exchanges and returns from outside Canada.
