For the 2025-26 Holiday season, we’re happy to offer our Holiday Gift Exchange/Return Policy. 

Gifts purchased at our stores between December 1^st - December 25^th, 2025 are eligible for a Credit or Exchange until January 12^th, 2026 with certain limitations.

Gifts purchased online between December 1^st - December 25^th, 2025 are eligible for a Credit, Exchange or Return until January 12^th, 2026 with certain limitations.

All discounted items are Final Sale and are not included in our Holiday Gift Exchange/Return Policy. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, below, for further information.   We do not offer price matching on reduced items. 

All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have about sizing, fit, etc.... to avoid these potential charges.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want to take all the fear out of online shopping!

To make sure that your online shopping experience with Open Court is convenient and enjoyable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of your order date. Just send us an email at info@shopopencourt.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund. 

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

If you would prefer to return an item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.   Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. 

All Regular Price Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Return and Exchange Restrictions

Gift Cards can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

All DISCOUNTED sales are FINAL!

Exchanges/Returns from United States:

All returns or exchanges from outside of CANADA are subject to a restocking fee that includes applicable duties and tariffs. 

In order to maintain our competitive prices, we can not absorb import/export duties and fees incurred on international transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you might have about sizing, fit, etc.... to avoid these potential charges.

Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, we would be pleased to provide you with a return shipping label and arrange a pick up from any location within the United States for a fee of $25 USD.

Return/exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, and can not be washed, worn or altered.  The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments (including sport bras and tennis dress shorties) 
• Worn, altered or damaged items
• Custom orders
• Technology (GPS,Rangefinders), if used or registered with manufacturer.
